Rocks Meals prep service provides you with healthy proportioned, macro based meals. Our meals are cooked fresh every Sunday morning by Mark & Sarah Vinci in the kitchen of Rubino's Webster. Rubino's Webster is going on its 25th year of delivering delicious food to the Webster Village. Mark and Sarah's burning passion for health & fitness has brought us Rocks Meals. We having been meal prepping for 30 years. Our goal is to help everyone save time and to eat healthy.
